ELM 2010 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL, Saddle up volunteers for some days at "Saddle Ridge Ranch", Come and be a part of ELM's posse at one or more of the Apartment ministries VBS events.

ELM will have 3 VBS events this year as shown below:

• Everlasting Love Ministries just completed a 3-day VBS at the apartments just off Jones Road. Daisy Bello and her helpers had about 20 children come each day to "Saddle Ridge Ranch" to hear about the love that Jesus has for each of them personally. There were 7 children that accepted Jesus as their personal Savior. Over the next few months Daisy will have the opportunity to disciple these young believers in order for them to begin their spiritual growth walk. The songs were very good, and especially good for worship. The crafts and play times went well. The end was celebrated with a pool party with pizza for the kids. Several moms came and expressed interest in a weekly woman's Bible study. The VBS was a definite success. Thank you all for your prayers and support. I would ask that you pray for all the children who attended, that all would accept the Lord Jesus into their hearts, and that they would share Jesus with their families and their friends. I know that the Lord Jesus will be working in many homes, preparing hearts for His harvest. I would ask that you pray for a 1-day VBS (August 14) and a 5-day VBS (August 16-20) that will take place at other apartment complexes. Each will take place between 9am and 12pm. May the harvest be good, and may all the glory be to God through His Son Jesus Christ.

A tremendous opportunity exists right now to reach a unique group of people with the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ.

This opportunity is in the multi-housing areas of northwest Houston, primarily reaching out to families in a setting of apartment living.

Most of the people in these places do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the one who redeems lost souls.

Many have been won to the Lord over the last several years in this work, as the Lord has established this ministry and blessed it.

Many more could be won if more of God's people would minister on this harvest field with Jesus, as God leads them to participate.
